Ordering new earplugs is easy. If your ear impressions have been with 3dB lab for the last three years, we still have them on file.

After completing your online order, you'll receive a quick form to confirm your information. Once validated, we'll start manufacturing your new earplugs straight away, without you having to go back to your earprints.

Our custom earplugs cost between $179 and $249 per pair, depending on the model of hearing protector chosen. For example, protectors with acoustic filters are more expensive than those without.

Our custom earplugs are made from high-quality, hypoallergenic, non-porous and safe medical silicone. Silicone is ideal for earplugs thanks to its flexibility and durability. It's soft, natural-feeling and easy to insert, yet strong enough for regular use. Designed for your comfort and protection, our silicone earplugs are high quality, easy to clean and maintain, guaranteeing years of satisfaction.

Custom earplugs can last up to 5 years. However, the shape of your ears may change, requiring replacement.

Custom earplugs are versatile. Whether you're shooting a rifle, playing your musical instrument or swimming, they protect your hearing. Customize them with a filter to attenuate certain sounds. For example, hunting filters let through soft sounds, but reduce the loud noises of gunshots.

3dB lab offers specialized plugs for hunting, noise, music, motorcycling, air travel, sleeping, swimming, sensitive ears and dentists.

Several filters are available to provide the right level of hearing protection. A high level of attenuation is required for very noisy activities, while a lower level of attenuation is recommended for less intense noise. Whatever the level of attenuation chosen, the filters are designed to maintain a balanced listening experience.
